Delivery & Returns
• Orders must be received sealed. Opening or inspecting items with the courier is not available.
• Shipping fees vary by delivery area.
• Return or exchange requests under our store policy must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period are not accepted under this policy, without affecting statutory consumer rights.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and barcodes attached.
Fees & Refunds
• Return: 200 EGP | Exchange: 150 EGP
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed under our store policy. Any price difference must be settled.
• Refunds are processed after quality inspection. Online payments are refunded to the original card; Cash on Delivery refunds are made via InstaPay.
• Refund processing may take 14–20 days after receiving the returned item, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Shawls, scarves, belts, accessories, innerwear, undershirts, basic inner layering pieces, Soirée Wear, Ramadan Kaftans, Ramadan Wear, and all Sale items, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
الاستلام وشروط الاسترجاع
• يتم استلام الأوردر مغلقًا، ولا يُسمح بفتحه أو معاينته مع مندوب الشحن.
• تختلف مصاريف الشحن حسب منطقة التوصيل.
• يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وفق سياسة المتجر خلال 48 ساعة من وقت الاستلام. لا تُقبل الطلبات بعد هذه المدة وفق سياسة المتجر، مع الحفاظ على حقوق العميل القانونية.
• يجب أن تكون القطع جديدة وغير مستخدمة أو مغسولة وبحالتها الأصلية، مع وجود جميع التاجات والباركودات مثبتة كما هي.
المصاريف واسترداد المبلغ
• الاسترجاع: 200 جنيه | الاستبدال: 150 جنيه
• مصاريف الشحن الأصلية غير مستردة في حالات تغيير الرأي، مع مراعاة القانون.
• يُسمح باستبدال واحد فقط لكل أوردر وفق سياسة المتجر، مع تسوية أي فرق في السعر.
• يتم رد المبلغ بعد فحص القطع والتأكد من حالتها. المدفوعات الأونلاين تُرد لنفس الكارت، وطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام تُرد عبر InstaPay.
• قد تستغرق عملية رد المبلغ 14–20 يومًا من تاريخ استلام القطعة المرتجعة، مع مراعاة المدد القانونية.

الشيلان، الإسكارفات، الأحزمة، الإكسسوارات، الملابس الداخلية، الأندر شيرت، قطع الـBasic الداخلية، منتجات Soirée Wear، قفاطين رمضان، منتجات Ramadan Wear، وجميع منتجات الـSale، إلا في الحالات التي يكفل فيها القانون حق الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
