.يمكنكِ مراجعة الطلب مع المندوب عند الاستلام
.وفي حال كان المنتج غير مناسب، يمكنكِ إرجاعه مع المندوب، مع دفع تكاليف الشحن فقط
سياسة الاستبدال♻
,بعد استلام الطلب وتسليم المندوب مستحقاته، يُتاح الاستبدال خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من وقت الاستلام
ملحوظة مهمة🛑
:وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك، لا يُسمح باستبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التالية
..القميص الأساسي (Basic Shirt) .. الفستان الأساسي (Basic Dress) .. التيشيرت الأساسي (Basic Top) .الشال، حتى وإن كانت جديدة ولم تُستخدم
,كما أن مجموعة رمضان والمنتجات المخفَّضة (السيل) غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع
في حالة استرداد قيمة طلب تم سداده إلكترونيًا باستخدام بطاقة بنكية، قد يتم خصم رسوم معالجة الدفع غير القابلة للاسترداد، إن وجدت، من قيمة المبلغ المسترد. وتُفرض هذه الرسوم من قبل بوابة الدفع ولا يتحكم المتجر في قيمتها أو استردادها
📦 Order Review
You may review your order with the courier upon delivery.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it with the courier — shipping fees only will apply.
♻️ Exchange Policy
Once the order has been received and payment has been completed, exchange is available within 24 hours only from the time of delivery.
🛑 Important Notice
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
(Basic Shirt .. Basic Dress .. Basic Top (Winter & Summer) .. Shawl – even if new and unused).
Additionally, Ramadan Collection and Sale Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Refunds for Online Card Payments
For orders paid online via debit or credit card, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable. These fees are retained by the payment service provider and are not controlled by our store.
