The only way to return or refund your order is while the courier is still outside your house. Please check your order upon delivery while the courier waits outside for a maximum of 10 minutes and decide whether you would like to receive it or not. Please note that the shipping fees must be paid either way.

Sizes can only be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving your order. No refund after receiving your order.

Our Ramadan Collection cannot be exchanged or refunded.
