Please try on the items once delivered while the courier waits for you outside and decide if you want to receive them or not. However, please note that the shipping fees must be paid either way. Exchanging the size can only be done within 24 hours of receiving the order. It's preferable to dry clean all our products. Avoid Washing Machine , hand wash is a must,and use cold water . Do not use bleach . Use steam iron on very low temperatures . leather products : Avoid harsh chemicals: Never use bleach, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners.Use leather-specific cleaners: Choose gentle, pH-neutral products.Test a small area first: Ensure cleaner doesn't damage leather.Gently wipe: Use a soft cloth to remove dirt and stains.Avoid soaking: Leather can shrink or lose color.
